Arcofast Company (“the Company”), headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. To contact us about your data, use the approved email address published on the Contact page.

- Details you type into forms: name, mobile number, email (optional on most forms), city and request details.
- Files you choose to upload: plans, building permits, photos or video of an issue, or a CV when applying for a role.
- Limited technical data to protect forms from abuse, stored as an irreversible hashed token instead of an IP address.
Why we use it
To respond to, study and follow up your request, to manage job applications, and to protect the website from abuse. We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it.
Who can see it
Only authorized staff according to their role: operations for service requests and recruitment for job applications. Content editors cannot see requests or files. The website relies on service providers for hosting, database, storage and email [names and processing locations to be listed once selected].
Retention

Cookies
The website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Only essential cookies are used to sign staff in to the admin panel.
